THE FIRM
Grant Asset Management was founded in 2018 by Douglas F. Grant, CFP®, with the sole mission of offering clients an opportunity to meet their financial objectives through ethical, unbiased, and competent professional guidance.
Grant Asset Management is an all-encompassing asset management practice built on sound financial planning. Our goal as a firm is to help clients build, manage, and protect their wealth.

About Our Founder
DOUGLAS F. GRANT, CFP ®
Douglas received his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Peter’s University in business management. Douglas has completed the Education, Examination, Experience, and Ethical requirements of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Practitioner.
Douglas is the Founder and President of Grant Asset Management a wealth management firm which provides financial planning, investment management, and risk management for individuals, along with retirement plan and insurance solutions for business entities. Prior to founding Grant Asset Management, Doug has worked in the financial service industry as a financial advisor and a portfolio manager. He held positions at J.P.Turner, Dominick & Dominick, AXA Equitable, Fidelity Investments.
At Saint Peter’s University, Douglas earned a full division I athletic scholarship to play baseball for the Peacocks. Since his playing days he has stayed active in the baseball community and works with the local youth in teaching the proper development needed to play the game at a high level. Douglas’ charitable endeavors include the Lustgarten Foundation and Rally Cap Sports.
Douglas resides in Middletown, NJ with his wife Jacqueline and their two children Annabelle (8) and Colin (6). He enjoys the outdoors, sports, fitness, and his French bulldog Brannigan. Doug and his wife are lifelong residents of the Jersey Shore and enjoy the summertime and the beach with their family. Douglas is very active in his community and helps coach baseball, basketball, and softball as well as being involved with his son’s Cub Scout Troop.
